Cancellation Period If you wish to return or exchange the received products in full or in part, you can do so within 14 days after receiving your order. Follow the steps below:

Return by mail

  1. Notify us of your return You can notify us of your return via email. The email address to use for this purpose is retour@asude.nl. Subsequently, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please fill out the form carefully.
  2. Package the products Place the products along with the return form in packaging.
  3. Send it Take your package to a service point. After returning, you will receive a receipt. Keep this receipt safe until your return is processed. Returning is at your own risk. We are not liable for any lost return shipments.*

Handling: Once we receive your return, we will determine if the product has been returned in good condition. If so, the entire purchase amount (including shipping costs but excluding return costs) will be credited and refunded to your bank account as soon as possible (within 14 days).

* The package must be sealed, not stapled or otherwise. If damage occurs to the products when sealing the packaging (for example, stapling clothing to the packaging), we regretfully must pass on these damages.

It is not possible to return or exchange sale/promotional products.

NOTE! The costs for returning your product to ASUDE are at your own expense! If you wish to exchange, you will also pay the shipping costs for the return.
