Thinking time
If you want to return or exchange the received products in full or in part, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. To do this, follow the steps below:
Return by mail

Register your return with us
You can register your return by e-mail. The e-mail address you can use for this is retour@asude.nl You will then receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Please fill in the form carefully. -
Packing products
Put the products with the return form in a package. -
Send
Take your package to a service point. After returning you will receive a receipt. Keep this well until your return has been processed. Returning is at your own risk. We are therefore not liable for a lost return shipment.* -
Handling :
After we have received your return, we will determine whether the product has been returned in good condition.
If this is the case, the entire purchase amount (including shipping costs, but excluding return costs)
credited as soon as possible (within 14 days) and refunded to your bank account.
* The package must be sealed, so not by means of staples or the like. If damage occurs to the products when closing the packaging (for example, stapling the clothing to the packaging), we are unfortunately forced to pass on this damage.
It is not possible to have sale/promotion products canceled or exchanged
NB! The costs for returning your product to ASUDE are for your own account!
If you want to exchange, you also pay the shipping costs for the return.
